Sounds like you are on the Coldharbor quests, you have primarily 2 main objectives and that is to free the Aelyid sp king and the Vanus the mage. (Special Edition Build) Have you finished the Cold Harbor zone questline? If you haven't yet then the Profit won't give you the last part of the main questline until you do. In my experience with this game, you need to find the npc that gave you the last piece of the quest that you were working on at the time you cancelled it. If your having trouble finding the quest the game should now guide you to it after selecting it in the quest log or you could try google to find it's location. You have to go back and restart it with the original quest giver if you removed it from your quest log. Theres a quest guide that shows you the location of the main quest in the zone.
